Shipping Times

We know how important fast and reliable shipping is. We constantly monitor our shipping performance so we can bring you the most up to date information on how long your order will take to reach you. Please note the times below are estimates in working days.

Europe and United Kingdom

Delivery time within Europe is 2-6 days. For those who can’t wait, look for the express option at the checkout or order two or more maps and get a free upgrade to priority shipping.

United States

Since opening up production lines on the east and west coasts of the USA, we now offer free and fast shipping to the USA. You can expect delivery of your order within 2-6 days. If you order two or more maps, we’ll automatically upgrade you to priority shipping for free, so you’ll get your maps even faster.

Rest of the world

Depending on your country we aim to print your map in the closest possible location. For Australia, New Zealand and Asia we’ll most likely ship from the USA and for Africa, Eastern Europe and the Middle East we will print in Europe. We estimate a delivery time of 7-21 working days.

Shipping With Frames

Standard Frames

Standard frames are now available worldwide with standard shipping. You can expect the same shipping times as for print only maps. *Note: shipping to some of the more remote areas in the world may cost up to €40/$40/£40. Look for prices when you reach the checkout if you are unsure.

Tracking

No matter where you live, we’ll send you a tracking link via email to follow your map on its journey once it is packed and ready to ship. Please note it can take a few hours for the tracking links to become active. For maps travelling internationally, it is not unusual for there to be longer gaps between the tracking events.

Delays

If there is a long gap, try entering the tracking number we send you on the tracking page of your national post system. On many occasions, your national post system will have more up to date information than we are able to obtain. Let us know if there is a long gap and we’ll do what we can to chase the couriers! If your map gets lost on its way, we’ll send a replacement out as soon as we can.

Damage

We take a lot of care to package your map so it can survive on any journey but occasionally accidents do happen. If your map arrives damaged, contact us as soon as you can at hello@mapify.cc where possible with photos of the damage and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Customs

Within the EU and USA there should be no additional taxes or import fees. Check with your local customs site if to find out if there are additional taxes for your region. We do not cover any additional fees charged by customs in your region.

Failed delivery

The delivery companies will make three attempts to deliver your order. On some occasions, they may leave your package at a pickup shop for you to collect in person. Please follow any instructions left by the driver. If the delivery is not possible after the third attempt or you are unable to collect your package in the given time from a pickup shop, your order will be returned and there may be additional charges for return / re-shipping. Contact us at hello@mapify.cc if you experience a problem.

Wrong address

If you notice that you’ve given us the wrong shipping address contact us as soon as you can at hello@mapify.cc with the correct address.
